TT-HD, Truoble Ticketing Help Desk

TT-HD is Malabo trouble ticketing's service for help/service desk based on open source software.

The service is totally online relied on ticket exchange and it doesn't provide any phone support for first level of intervention. 

This service is included in OMIS and SOC.

if the Client is already using its own trouble ticketing system, Malabo is able to integrate this latter in OMIS and SOC.
