ICTAssetM, ICT Asset Management
The service relies on software instruments online which allow to identify ICT resources employed, or which can employ, in Information System (IS) with their hardware and software features.
Detectable ICT resources include assets from server to storage, from Network Drive to IoT and factory automation's devices, from fixed workplaces (PC or powerful Work Station) to mobile devices, such as laptop, tablet and smartphone.
ICT resources mapping in use by IS, sistematically updated, is preparatory and fundamental to IS government and management, and so it is an element which could be used for various processes and services, such as:
- IS governement and development plan
- IS operation management (GOSI)
- IS monitoring and control (SLA Watch)
- help/service desk (TT-HD)
- digital security management (SOC)
- capacity planning
- license management
- risk and vulnerability analysis (AVULICT, ARICT)
- change planning and improvement of IS and its digital security
- ICT value analysis (AVICT)
